Specifics     1969 428 ci.with ported/polished stock 1965 GTO “77” heads,bored .030 over with dished Aias pistons to make 9.6:1 Comp. Ratio, Dyno’d @ 405 HP/ 510 ft.lbs./ torque. Balanced & Blueprinted by ESI in San Diego.

Cam  Ultradyne 231/239 duration @.050, 485/507 lift, 288/296 advertised duration, with 108 degree lobe separation.

Heads   1965 GTO “77” heads with 70 cc chambers, ported/polished with SIS stainless valves. 1.92 intake and 1.66 exhaust.They have magnum roller-tip rocker arms on them.

Induction   1965 Tri-Power manifold & Rochester carbs, 250 CFM center, 300 CFM outers, KN filters and Ram-Air tub.

Exhaust     Three-tube Jet-Hot coated Dynomax headers into 3” H-pipe, Flowmaster mufflers, mandrel bent 2-1/2 “ tailpipes into splitters.

Transmission   Richmond 6 speed overdrive, 3.27:1 first gear, .076 sixth. Centerforce dual-friction clutch with a 26 spline McCleod  dual friction disc.

Rear-End     Safe-T-Trak equipped 10 bolt, 4 pinion posi, 3:55 gears, new axles bearings and drums.

Suspension   H-O Racing springs, 1-3/8” Sway Bars, Hotchkis upper and boxed GM lower trailing arms.

Brakes  Later model GM front discs and Power Brakes

Interior   Stock black restored, rallye Gauges, console with vacuum gauge, AM/FM Radio,Repo wood wheel, power windows.
